The hotel is designed using BV construction technology, which emphasizes sustainable building practices and minimizes environmental impact. This focus on sustainability extends to the use of green spaces, with 80% of the property preserved for recreational areas, ensuring guests can enjoy the natural beauty of Crete​.

Tera Nostrum will also offer an array of high-end amenities, including five gourmet restaurants that will provide breakfast as part of the guest experience. Additional features will include a spa, hair salon, and wellness services, catering to the relaxation and rejuvenation needs of visitors​.
